When we first envisioned Quail Run, we wanted to have a true small-town environment – a neighborly atmosphere where everyone cares about each other and about the community as a whole. We’re pleased that we were able to achieve our goal.
When completed, Quail Run will have 116 homesites spread over nearly 26 acres of terraced land. Oriented with a southwest view, the community enjoys a wide vista of the Yakima Valley and the Cascade Mountains. Currently, more than 80 homesites are occupied and sales have been brisk!
Professional community management is provided by Détente Management, and the on-site team consists of the husband-wife duo of Lee and April. If they’re not in the office, they’re likely somewhere on the grounds keeping things tidy! Backing them up is an office of dedicated professionals with more than 20 years of experience in the field of community management.
